Guna Devi Temple is one of the popular religious shrines in the region, located at a distance of 8 km from Dharamsala. It is a pilgrim center of the Gaddi shepherd & locals and a has a very nice waling trail visiting rivulets and thick Deodar forests.

Guna Devi Temple s dedicated to Goddess Durga. The beautiful Trek towards this Holy Temple passes through famous Dal Lake and Naddi Village. After crossing to Bhated River 20-30 minutes a steep climb up to village balgaon with a panoramic view of Kangra valley towards south.
Before reaching at Guna Temple, a fantastic view of Ghasutri Pass-Way to Chamba valley is seen. This place is also suitable for meditation. To make this trek longer you can take another route via Galu Temple and Dharamkot to reach back to Mcleodganj.
